Shevchenko metro an individual system of discounts in the WOG gas station network trainings and business events from our Academy of Corporate Development unlimited coffee break, goodies and fruits in the office schedule of work 9:00-18:00 Mon-Fri Your functionality will include: Participation in projects to implement improvements on the basis of 1C: ERP, as well as projects on the integration of 1C bases with external and internal systems; Analysis of the company's existing business processes and search and implementation of BP optimization methods; Modeling of business processes; Collection and analysis of user requirements, feedback from users; Development of technical tasks and setting tasks for the development department; Analysis and control of the implementation of new business processes; Writing of instructions and regulations for automated processes : compiling documentation on new work algorithms for users; Forming reports; Conducting audits, visits to company stores to directly study the operation of business processes and receive feedback from users. Necessary skills and knowledge: Successful experience in automating business processes/in management projects; Experience with various configurations of 1C 8.3, such as 1C: ERP / BAS: ERP. Understanding metadata of the 1C system, for which you need: directories, registers, documents; Knowledge of Excel; Visio; Power point at an advanced level; Experience in identifying customer needs and writing technical specifications; Ability to test post-processing, describe bugs at the final stage of testing; Ability to quickly process and learn new information; Attention to detail and responsibility; Ability to work in a team; Ability to identify customer needs, communication You — our ideal candidate?
