"Ukrenergo Digital Solutions" LLC is a product IT company that is a leader in the development of software products for the national operator of the transmission system and the energy sector of Ukraine as a whole. We invite a Business Analyst to the team of the "Industry Reporting" project. "Industry Reporting" is a modern universal platform for replacing outdated reporting software products, which have shaped the electricity reporting of Ukraine for the past 30-40 years. The main users of the platform are electricity suppliers and energy-generating enterprises of Ukraine, the controller and consolidator of reporting is PJSC "NEC "Ukrenergo", the customers of reporting are the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, the Commission of the National Energy Regulatory Commission of Ukraine and the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. Pre-candidate requirements: Business Analyst experience or in a similar position from 1 year; Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC); Working with MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, Data Validation, etc); Modeling and description of business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation; Development of project documentation (technical tasks, instructions, regulations etc.); Training users to work in the information system. It will be a plus (or we will help you figure it out): Understanding the structure of relational databases and the principles of API operation; Creating prototypes of user interfaces (UX/UI); Experience working with Redmine, Jira or other task managers What you need to do: Interviews with customers, collection and analysis of requirements; Development of optimal solutions for the customer; Analysis of existing business processes and the formation of new ones; Development of technical tasks and other project documentation; Preparation and setting of tasks for developers; Participation in functional testing.
