Business Analyst in Wargaming

Wargaming is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to become a part of our HR Technology team. This is a great chance to work on the development of custom HR systems.Reports toHead of HR TechnologyWhat will you do?Work with Product Owners to establish a requirements baseline for the tool;Manage functional requirements for the tool;Maintain backlog and assist Product Owner to define features for the upcoming releases;Facilitate requirements design and improvement sessions with Product Owner, SMEs, UI/UX design teams;Collaborate with the Development team through all iterations of tool development;Assist the QA team with the development of test cases, perform acceptance testing of the tool features;Establish and share best practices of Business Analysis across the team, and coach other team members.What are we looking for?Certified BA with 5+ years of practical experience.Ability to multitask and manage priorities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.Mentoring skills.Excellent communication skills.Fluent in written and spoken English.What additional skills will help you stand out?Experience with corporate applications development.Experience with HR-related processes.
