Main duties: Analysis and description of the company's current processes. Determination of factors that affect the effectiveness of process steps. Conducting interviews yu/questionnaires of process participants. Determination of main goals for processes, KPIs and SLAs. Identification of hypotheses regarding process improvement. Formulation and development of target processes. Formation of recommendations for automation. Formation of Customer Journey Map. Update of the Company's process matrix. guarantees. Requirements: Education in economics / finance / business management / IT project management. 2+ years of experience in modeling and describing business processes (implementation or transformation of existing business management methodology processes, implementation of a client-oriented approach in the construction of business processes). Knowledge in the field of change implementation, basic methods, methodologies and approaches to change management. Knowledge of concepts of creating value for the client (Value proposition, Value chain, Design thinking, etc.) and methods of their implementation. Experience of working in teams (temporary or permanent), including coordination of team work, management of results, planning and reporting. Experience of automating budgeting/procurement processes/solutions based on SAP will be an advantage. PowerPoint, Excel, Visio. Knowledge of programs for processing the process description.
