Business analyst in Out of the Box Systems

Payment:

• Basic salary plata: 1000$
• Trial period: 750$

Load: full employment. Work is remote. Payment is hourly.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiations
• Development of process and people performance metrics
Process automation and optimization< /span>
• Strategic analysis, which involves immersion in the client's business
• Evaluation of solutions
• Identifying and managing risks
Monitoring and evaluation of implemented changes

Requirements:

• Negotiation skills
• Well developed empathy and sociability
• Critical Thinking
• Transparency and reliability
• Intellectual plasticity in mastering modern information tools
• Digital literacy (Google docs, Google spreadsheet, Google presentation, Google calendar, telegram and others)
• Ability to read between the lines
• Devotedprojects

It will be a plus:

• Engineering education
• Interest in AI, ML, Data Science
Knowledge SQL for data analysis
• Proficiency in Notion, Airtables tools
• Ownership of platforms Monday, Clickup
• Experience in IT
