Business analyst in DILA, Medichna laboratoriya

The company "Dila, Medical Laboratory" is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will help us expand our activities and improve the efficiency of our processes. Main duties: Analysis of primary requirements for development, clarification of requirements, communication with stakeholders; Modeling of "to be" business processes ; Development of User Stories, Use Cases; Analysis of the impact of development on existing functionality, identification of possible risks, development of measures to prevent them; Decomposition of tasks and development of technical tasks; Development and execution of test cases; Development of API specifications by drawing existing IT technologies, description of the logic of system interaction drawing up current and necessary methods; Data analysis using MySQL or SQL queries; Formation and control of the implementation of plans for the transition to products; Training of users, specialists; Support of new functionality (2nd line of support). Requirements: 2 years of work experience as a consultant, analyst or an experienced user of systems ERP (OeBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, etc.); Confident user of office programs, VISIO, Project, Jira. Contentum; High level of analytical and strategic skills; Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to work in a team and make decisions, stress resistance, focus on results.
