Analysis and submission of proposals for the improvement of solutions, products and services. Interaction with developers, engineers, experts and other specialists to collect and analyze the necessary information and feedback. Editing and updating of existing analytical and reference information in accordance with the needs of the company and customers. Construction and the use of business process models using BPMN.
