Requirements:

• Adaptability
• Knowledge of SQL, Jira (or similar), Confluence, Agile, MS Excel
• Writing TOR

Responsibilities:

• Development of business requirements for automation of internal and external company services
• Creation of technical tasks, functional and non-functional requirements, user instructions
• Communication with clients to define and document development requirements and automation of business processes
• Development of technical documentation for transfer to the development department
• Testing of logic and technical aspects of business processes before their release
• Implementation and launch of finished projects , automation of business processes
• Collection and analysis of information after the implementation of software solutions. Post-release support, staff training and functional improvement based on customer feedback
• Database analysis for their optimization
• Preparation and implementation of proposals for improving the company's business processes
