Business analyst in VPF, DU

DU "Open Public Finances" is the sole developer and administrator of the single web portal of open public funds (https://www.spending.gov.ua) and the "Budget for Citizens" portal (https://www.openbudget.gov.ua ) This is a team of cool developers of IT services and systems support for the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. We currently have an open vacancy for a business analyst. Our future colleague has: Higher education (IT or higher mathematics); 2 years of work experience as a business/systems analyst; Understanding of modeling BPMN, UML, Statechart diagrams, WBS; Description of Solution Vision Canvas, Business Model Canvas and Use Case Specification; Experience in surveying, gathering, formalizing and analyzing requirements for software development; Understanding of REST API, Trembit (will be an advantage); Work experience with databases (Oracle, MS SQL, SAP IQ) (required); Confident user of Confluence and JIRA tracking systems; Confident knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Willingness to work in conditions of rapid project development and changing priorities will be a plus; The ability to make reasoned decisions with a win-win attitude; Communication skills and clarity in expressing one's opinion. Everything will be necessary to do: Analysis, collection and formalization of the customer's business requirements; Creation of technical supporting documentation; Requirements management - processing requests for changes, analysis of the impact on existing requirements , refinement of preliminary implementation; Active participation in the process of automation of functional requirements, interaction with developers; Creation of an effective dialogue and cooperation with the customer, presentation of technical solutions and achieved progress; Testing of software being developed; Implementation and commissioning of new software and technological solutions; Provision user consultations.
