SYMBOL invites you to work: Business analyst! Responsibilities that we will entrust: Collection of requirements, their formalization for the current CRM in E-commerce. Search, selection and implementation of an alternative for the transition to a new CRM, in accordance with the current needs of the E-commerce process; Development of a data flow scheme related to CRM systems, a description of CRM functional requirements; Analysis, optimization and engineering of business processes for the E-commerce project; Collection of requirements, development of data flow schemes, description of BP, participation in writing technical specifications for the company's new ERP system; Collection of requirements, their formalization for corporate CRM; Search, selection and implementation of a corporate CRM company; Formalization of requirements, development of data flow schemes, description of BP, writing of TOR and control of implementation of tasks based on TOR for App; Preparation of mockups, wireframes for App. Description of use case, user story for App; Setup and unloading of standard reports in PowerBI. Professional and personal qualities: Knowledge and experience of writing TOR, use case, user story - knowledge and application of BPMN, IDEF0 notations for BP description; Proficiency in Visio, Business tools Studio (Will be an advantage); MS Office, SQL, Zoho products, CRM systems, Power BI, Figma.
