Business analyst in MasterCRM

What will you do?

• Interview and identify customer needs
• Analyze and document software requirements
• Form the vision of the implementation project
• Provide suggestions for optimizing business processes< /li>
• Configure the system according to the customer's tasks with the help of low-code and no-code tools
• Describe business processes and create a system model for the object
• Describe and set tasks for developers
• Protect and approve the implemented solution from the customer
• Conduct training on the effective use of the Creatio platform
• Test the functionality of the system
• Support and advise customers regarding work with Creation

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in setting up and implementing CRM/ERP systems
• Experience in automating business processes
• Experience in collecting requirements from customers
• Experience in developing technical documentation
• Developed communication skills
• Competent written and spoken Ukrainian, English will be a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Attention to details, punctuality and a responsible approach to works
• Systematic and proactive approach to tasks

Will be a plus:

• Experience in setting up the Creatio platform
• Experience in describing business processes in BPMN notation
• Understanding the structure of databases
