Join the team of the Institute of Analytics and Advocacy analytical center! We are looking for a business analyst to work in the IAA team within the framework of a 5-year international project aimed at strengthening the digital transformation of Ukraine and promoting economic revival, transparency in recovery and democratic governance (- kynyu)! What needs to be done: Investigate and analyze existing business processes with regard to relevant data within the framework of the project; Together with other specialists, participate in the development of the project solution; Develop technical requirements in accordance with the project activity; Together with other specialists, participate in the formation of the technical task within the framework of the project; Provide support to developers in the process of deploying the system prototype, testing it, making changes as necessary; Research and understand the legislation regulating the provision of administrative services within the framework of project activities; Model interfaces and concepts of interactive forms of the system; Hold meetings with interested parties regarding elucidation and clarification of requirements regarding the functionality of the system and integrations with other information systems; Document functional and non-functional requirements for the system; Prepare proposals for the formation of regulations and procedures for the functioning of the system and its components; Conduct presentations and coordination meetings for interested parties. What you need to know and be able to: More than two (2) years of experience in business analysis Understanding of the software design and development process, formulation of technical requirements for a software product Skills of modeling and describing business processes using various artifacts and tools (ERD, Context Diagram, Use Case Diagram, User Stories , BPMN, UML, etc.) Experience in writing technical tasks, requirements and specifications for IT projects; Experience in working with Confluence and Jira What is desirable: Experience in modeling business processes using Cawemo; Experience in working with API/3rd party integration; Experience in using products for modeling interfaces (Axure, Figma); Experience in communications with government bodies (clarification of requirements, conducting presentations); Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
