About the project:The team works on projects related to the development of automated banking systems.?

Main duties:

• Analysis of the customer's business needs
• Collection of requirements for the future product (communication with interested parties - developers, customers, end users)
• Analysis of requirements (application different methodologies and notations - prototyping, questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation)
• Formalization of requirements (division of requirements into business, functional, non-functional, writing requirements specification)
• Management of requirements (processing of change requests, analysis and description of the impact on existing requirements). Broadcasting requirements between developers and the customer
• Writing documentation necessary for project management

Requirements for candidates:

• 1+ years in the position of Business Analyst
• Experience of working with Agile methodologies
• Experience of working with Redmine, Confluence
• Experience of working with Hard level TK (complexity and volume of work)
• Project risk identification skills
• Project diagramming skills
• Knowledge of SQL basics
