Business Analyst in Naftogaz Cifrovi Tehnologiyi, TOV

Company    "Naftogaz Digital Technologies"     (main shareholder - JSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine") is an insourcing center and a center of IT competencies for all companies of the Naftogaz Group. 
In connection with the expansion of the portfolio team of the new project "Naftogaz Digital Technologies" is looking for an experienced business analyst .

We expect from the candidate:

• higher professional education
• 2 years of work experience as a Business Analyst
• possession of the theoretical foundations of business analysis and requirements management, the ability to apply them to practice
• ability to convey technical details and nuances to an interlocutor without a technical background
• understanding of the software development life cycle
• experience in writing technical specifications (technical tasks or SRS) for IT projects
• practical skills in writing User Stories, Use Cases
• experience in UI/UX prototyping
• confident user of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint
• experience working with Confluence, JIRA or similar solutions
• experience describing business and production processes using one of the notations (IDEF, BPMN, EPC, UML)
• knowledge of the principles of integration and data exchange between information systems
• understanding the basics of API operation (JSON, XML)
• experience training end users
• level of English proficiency: Intermediate or above

 Not required, but would be a plus:

• experience with prototyping tools (Axure, Figma, Balsamiq)
• experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense etc

Key responsibilities:

• interaction with internal business customers to formalize requirements for the implementation project corporate site
• development of technical and supporting documentation
• design and description of business process schemes
• interaction with contractors in the process of software implementation
• assurance of acceptance testing
