Business analyst You will help us solve the following tasks: Formation of product backlog; Analysis of existing "as-is" business processes and "tobe" modeling; Development of prototypes of Billing and CRM system interfaces; Development of technical tasks (FRD), functional specifications (SRS); Participation in the development of test cases and their confirmation as a result of testing; Use of requirements description techniques use cases, user story + acceptance criteria. You are a candidate if you have: Higher education; Work experience of 3 years in the role of business analyst or system analyst; Experience in using BPMN 2.0 notations, UML modeling languages; Experience in collecting, systematizing and documenting client requirements; Practical experience in using Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies; Knowledge of SDLC; Understanding of API operation (SOAP, JSON protocols); Experience in using graphic editors of charts and flowcharts (MSVisio, Miro, Draw io or others); Understanding the artifacts of the Definition ofReady (DoR), Definition ofDone (DoD) tasks; Experience with AzureDevOps ticket or/or Jira/Confluence.
