Weinvite you tobecome amember ofour team— Business Analyst Technology stack and tools JSON/XML/SOAP; API, Java, Go, Oracle, PL\SQL, MSSQL, T-sql, iOS, Android Responsibilities work with stakeholders’ propositions toelicit product requirements participate and contribute totechnical discussions document workflows and use cases, analyze integrations, create data mappings elaborating and documenting business requirements, structuring complex requirements into stories and tasks inJira, backlog management create functional specifications and explain them tothe team members, perform specifications peer review dev/QA support, pre UAT— check that functionality isdeveloped according torequirements facilitate and coordinate demos tostakeholders PRODsupport, issues management— identify issues and actively work with business and dev teams toresolve them Must have Atleast 3+years ofproven experience inaBA/FA position, preferably inbanking orfinancial services, analytical mindset, excellent communication skills Understanding ofagile software development methodologies Befamiliar with requirement elicitation techniques e.g. workshops, interviewing, etc. Strong practical knowledge ofBA tools (functional/non-functional requirements, BR/FR traceability matrixes, use cases, user stories, UML, BPMN) Understanding and practical experience with different types ofrequirements and various ways offormulating requirements Experience with integration projects and specifications, analyzing and documenting data flows and data mappings, identifying dependencies Understanding and practical experience: JSON/XML, Experience with API testing using Swagger, Postman, SoapUI, etc. Hands-on proven experience inSQL programming— queries, views, complex stored procedures, triggers, functions. Good tohave Developing UImockups, experience working with modeling tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, Visio, etc.) Experience indata and data quality analysis, and report creation. Understanding OOP orability toread high-level programming languages e.g. Java. Understanding QAmethodologies. Experience with ERD modeling and dbcreation MSSQL.
