We are currently looking for an Analyst who will join the transformation of the complex IT landscape of one of the largest private companies in Ukraine, its further digitalization using modern technologies and approaches.

Position functions:

• Participation in the development of technical documentation for projects:
• Validation and business management, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Participation in the technical evaluation of tender proposals
• Development of diagrams and high-level specifications: business processes, information flow diagrams (context diagrams), ERD diagrams, component diagrams
• Coordination of technical documentation
• Participation in the identification and management of technical risks of IT projects
• Control of the project for compliance with the agreed technical documentation
• Updating of technical documentation regarding the operated IT systems :
• Updating and publication of technical schemes and specifications
• Participation in the development and updating of technical standards

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience
• High-level understanding of business processes in any corporate sector (banking, telecom, energy, etc.);
• Participation in IT projects in various business domains: ERP, CRM, Core Banking, Billing, Marketing, DWH, etc.;
• Communicability, system and analytical thinking, leadership skills, ability to quickly learn new information, responsibility and result-oriented;
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Diplomacy, ability to consider the interests of different parties and find mutually beneficial solutions, good presentation skills.
