Required experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in business or system analysis and/or product management, knowledge of BABOK0 methodology
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
• Formulation of high-level technical requirements and technical task for a software product
• Proficiency in process visualization tools Visio, Draw.io
• Understanding and experience with APIs and web services
• Experience building/reengineering processes
• Strong communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders and ability to explain technical concepts to users in plain language

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of financial monitoring processes or work experience in this field
• Knowledge of BPMN0 and UML notations
• Knowledge of SQL and/or python
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate, B2 - will be an advantage)

What will you do:

• Screate comprehensive documentation including system requirements documents, business process diagrams (BPMN, UML) and technical specifications to facilitate project understanding and implementation
• Collaborate with project participants to collect, document and prioritize business requirements for various of project components
• Analyze and evaluate current system architecture, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with project goals
• Conduct data analysis and modeling to ensure support for data flow and structures that meet project goals and requirements reporting
• Analyze systems integration points, ensuring seamless data exchange between different components and systems
• Evaluate potential system solutions and make recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and fit with project goals < /li>
• Develop use cases, user stories, and other artifacts to describe system behavior and interactions, providing clarity to developers and project participants
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure system changes meet requirements and support high quality
• Assist in change management activities by assessing the impact of proposed changes on systems, processes and stakeholders, as well as assist in communication and training activities
• Develop templates and quality criteria for business artifacts and system analysis
