We love to learn and strive to take the EdTech industry to a new level. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our friendly team in the product department for one of our developing products - eLearning platform DrivEd.

You are suitable for us if you have the following skills:

- Experience in IT development 2+ years in the field of business analysis;
—Experience in identifying customer requirements at the business level (why are they asking for it, what problem are they trying to solve, etc.);
— Knowledge of the English language is not lower than the confident Upper-Intermediate level (spoken and written);
— Actively follow the product industry, especially SaaS + and understand the technical language;
—Understanding design fundamentals and software development methodology;
—Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of AGILE/SCRUM/Kanban;
—Understanding the construction of business processes in the system;
— Ability to develop high-quality documentation with attention to detail;
- Ability to structure, arrange the received information and present it in a document;
—Knowledge of UML, BPMN;
- Experience with one of the following tools: Miro, Draw.io, Confluence, Jira, Basecamp other;
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and make them easily understood in text and figures/diagrams;
— Ability to explain complex concepts simply;
- Good communication skills, high level of responsibility and self-organization, good analytical skills, attention to details.

Your duties will be:

— Identification and analysis of business requirements, cooperation with product owners and external customers;
—Analysis of the product, development of a strategy for its further development together with the product owner;
—Analysis of competitors, market and user data to find ways to improve the product;
— Prioritize requirements based on business value and complexity;
— Creation and maintenance of project documentation (product and process documentation: business requirements, descriptions of system components and architecture, web API documents, specifications, user journey schemes);
—Understanding and practical use of Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD) task artifacts;
- Close cooperation with the development, design and QA team to ensure the implemented solution meets the requirements.
—Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the project to ensure that it meets the objectives;
- Preparation of presentations for management and customers.
