We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Business Analyst. About the project: A team for the design and development of logistics systems focused on Ukraine and Europe. What you will be doing: Identification and analysis of business requirements. Support of the task from receiving requirements from the customer to pre-final acceptance testing by the business customer. Post-release support. Work closely with stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate them into clear requirements. Early detection, communication and mitigation of risks and problems throughout the life cycle of projects/tasks. Identification of problem cases and the possibility of their reproduction. Constant communication and interaction with business customers and the development team. Formalization of technical requirements, setting technical tasks for developers (front, back). About you: Education: Higher education (technical will be an advantage). 2 years of work experience as a business or system analyst. Knowledge and experience in software development methodologies. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to find a common language with technical specialists. Knowledge and experience in software development methodologies. Experience working as task managers (Jira). API testing experience (Postman /Swagger). SQL Understanding JSON‑RPC/REST API. Knowledge of the complete software development cycle (SDLC). Understanding of modern web technologies/client-server architecture. Ability to professionally describe the technical and business requirements of the product. Knowledge and use of the best practices of business analysis, requirements management and system analysis.
