Business analyst in Unity-Bars

Requirements:

• technical higher education;
• experience in identifying, collecting, analyzing and formalizing functional and business customer requirements;
• experience of taking part in the development of the project concept;
• experience of building/adaptation/optimization and description of business processes (data flow diagrams, functional requirements, use cases, etc.);< /li>
• experience in modeling business processes (UML, BPMN);
• experience in the analysis and interpretation of legislative documents;
• experience in developing technical documentation and agreeing documentation with the customer;

• experience in developing technical requirements and formalizing tasks for implementation;
• experience in coordinating the work of internal working groups;
• knowledge of SQL;
• analytical thinking and skills conducting negotiations;
• technical background at the level of understanding the principles of operation of web applications, principles of building databases, basic principles of programming (for correct assignment of tasks to developers), principles of API operation and integrations in general

 Desirable:

• experience of working with banking automation systems (OBS) - knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of functioning of banking automation systems;
• experience of working as a business analyst/system analyst in the banking sector;
• experience of performing system analysis tasks;
• experience of building the architecture of information systems;
• experience of creating interface prototypes software;
• theoretical knowledge in the field of project management and experience in their application;
• English language at the level of fluent reading of technical documentation.           

Knowledge and use of software:

• Microsoft Office (MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project);
• Jira;
• Confluence;
• Toad for Oracle/ PLSQL Developer.

Job duties:

• research and description of the customer's business processes;
• collection, analysis and formalization of the customer's functional and business requirements;
• development of technical requirements for the processes automation;
• formalization of tasks for implementation;          
• preparation and conducting presentations for the customer at all stages of the software life cycle;
