Currently, we are looking for a specialist in the field of business analytics. What is important for us: — You have more than 3 years of commercial experience in the position of Business Analyst/System Analyst in IT projects; — Work experience in the FinTech/Banking/Processing industry; —Experience in working with crypto and understanding the differences between different blockchains —Expertise in assembling and managing the life cycle of requirements; —In-depth understanding of the Agile process of managing the development of digital products SDLC/PDLC; —Experience in writing structured project documentation and TOR; — Excellent skills in preparing decomposed elements of the backlog according to INVEST criteria; —Experience in implementing comparative SWOT analysis; — Modeling skills using UML/BPMN; —Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research; — High communication and interviewing skills; —Skills of visualization and presentation to stakeholders; —Knowledge of current prioritization frameworks (RICE); —Experience in working with Jira/Confluence; —English level—Upper-Intermediate (B2) class. It will be a plus: —Experience of working in product companies that develop complex solutions (Advertising, Fintech, Banking); —Understanding is like this; — Understanding of such AML; — Understanding of client-server architecture; —Understanding UX patterns and differences in designing solutions for various web/mobile platforms; —Skills in low-detail UI prototyping. What you will be doing: - Identifying and analyzing the requirements of internal and external stakeholders; — Support of the decision development process; —Analysis of documentation and information resources with the aim of collecting information for conducting analytical activities; — Management of the life cycle of requirements; —Participation in the formulation of proposals for conceptual solutions to achieve business goals in close cooperation with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, QALead; —Analysis of compliance of project solutions with business requirements; —Collection of information to justify the economic feasibility of development and implementation of changes; — Development of requirements specifications; —Preparation of demo materials (loom video, text article) of new functionality for internal teams.
