Business analyst in Bey-Trans

Responsibilities: Collection and analysis of business needs and requirements of the company. Automation of business processes using existing or new technical solutions. Formation of BRD projects, development of functional/non-functional requirements, definition of User-stories and their validation, description of integrations. Setting technical tasks for developers, monitoring their implementation, testing. Maintenance of technical documentation and creation of training materials for employees. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in this position. Intermediate English level. Knowledge and experience in using the basics of business analytical artifacts (BRD, description of processes using BPMN 2.0, User Stories, User Story Map, UseCases, UML, ERD, etc.). Understanding the components of the SDLC. Experience in conducting a full cycle of development — gathering requirements, designing, writing specifications, testing, handing over works to the customer. Experience with relational and non-relational databases. It will be an advantage: experience with ERP/CRM systems (including 1C 8.3) and mastery of BI tools. You have an analytical mindset and a great desire to learn new things. You are proactive and energetic.
