Project Overview: This position offers anopportunity towork onalong-term project with one ofour valued clients, aUS-based luxury beauty brand operating through the multi-level marketing (MLM) business model. Launched in2018, our client has rapidly grown toencompass over 7,000 partners and 50,000customers. With afocus onthe United States market and plans for international expansion, the company utilizes acustom engine for calculating bonuses and commissions. Requirements: 2years ofITBusiness Analyst experience; Proficient ineliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders; Strong analytical skills tointerpret complex business needs and translate them into functional specifications; Strong attention todetail toensure all requirements are accurately captured and communicated todevelopment teams; Basic understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC); Ability tocommunicate complex technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders effectively; Change Management knowledge; Upper-intermediate orhigher level ofEnglish. Would beaplus: Experience with working one-commerce projects; Proficiency increating clear and concise flow diagrams; Knowledge ofAtlassian stack (Jira, Confluence). Responsibilities: Analyze and translate complex business needs into clear and concise user stories and process models, maintain backlog— describe features, user stories, and epics; Offer valuable guidance tothe PM, QA, and Dev team teams, ensuring aclear understanding offeature expectations/solutions are properly integrated into existing systems; Deep comprehension ofclient objectives, feature specifications, and business requirements; Involvement insetting upe-commerce promotions, driving visibility and engagement for business.
