About the project:

The project is intended for internal users and is is the workplace of a company employee. It is a mobile-friendly web application (personnel accounting: admission\dismissal, vacation\hospital, etc., work with tangible and intangible assets: accounting for fixed assets, TMC, inventory, etc., surveys, personnel applications, salary issues)

What will you do

• Product support and development. Assessment of business processes, identification of areas for improvement, development and implementation of solutions. Conducting continuous reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Identification and analysis of requirements. The task of communicating with users to determine their requirements and share ideas and conclusions. Identifying requirements deficiencies (inaccuracies, incompleteness, ambiguities or contradictions) and correcting them.
• Writing user stories and user cases.
• Support of developers during development.
• Performing testing.
• Writing userDocs.
• Project management, development of project plans and performance monitoring. Monitoring results and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Managing resources and priorities.

About you

• Education: higher.
• Business analysis experience of at least 2 years.
• Experience conducting interviews with stakeholders.
• Experience creating project documentation and other materials (BRD, BPMN, use cases, business rules, functional and non-functional specifications, user interface design specifications, user stories, task logs).
• Practical experience in the application of key technical methods of business analysis (use scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria, prototyping, mind mapping, functional decomposition, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with tools used for business analysis and teamwork activities (modeling and prototyping tools such as Figma, requirements tracking systems such as Jira, Confluence, communication tools, etc.).
• Practical experience in solving integration tasks (API, JSON, REST, XML, Postgres, etc.).

An advantage will be

• Experience as a business analyst with back-office management processes, namely:
