Skills required:

• 2+ years of work experience as a business analyst in the IT field;
• Deep understanding of business processes and models;
• Experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements;
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and practices such as BPMN, UML;
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira/Confluence;

• Ability to conduct presentations and moderate meetings;
• Ability to think analytically, be detail-oriented and communicate effectively;
• Ability to communicate ideas verbally and in writing in a transparent and understandable way for the team manner.
   

Main duties:

• Collection, analysis and documenting requirements from customers and stakeholders;
• Analyzing business processes and proposing ways to improve them;
• Developing functional specifications and technical tasks for the development team;
• Cooperation with the development team to ensure the correct understanding of requirements and their implementation;
• Identifying and analyzing potential project risks and proposing solutions to minimize them;
• Conducting product demos for customers and stakeholders, obtaining feedback and making necessary changes;
• Participation in planning and prioritization of tasks within the project life cycle;
• Conducting business analysis of requirements, development and selection of optimal solutions for specific business tasks .
