The Role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our expanding team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our product owner and wider product teams to build and enhance our digital products and services.

Responsibilities:
 

• Analyze and document requirements from stakeholders and customers.
   
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
   
• Work closely with the product owner to refine and prioritize requests.
   
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development.
   
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
   
• Assist in defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
   
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and alignment with requirements.
   
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
   

Qualifications:
 

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
   
• Expertise in Scrum methodology.
   
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
   
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
   
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports.

Hiring Process:
1. Introductory Screen: Our recruitment specialist will review your application and schedule a call to learn more about you and share details about the role and company.

4. Final Decision: The project manager will consolidate feedback and inform you of our decision.
5. Offer: If you are the right fit for us, and we for you, we will extend an official offer.

Trial Period: 3 months
Employment Type: Direct contract with a UK company
