Business Analyst in Softengi

About the project:

Softengi is looking for a confident Business Analyst for a project of a leading Ukrainian telecommunications company!

By what criteria do you fit us:

• 2+ years of work experience in IT projects in the role of Business or System Analyst< strong> in telecom projects
• Professional knowledge of UML, BPMN, Sequence diagram, SQL, Enterprise architect, Jira, Confluence
• Expertise in project management
< li>Professional experience in the Waterfall methodology
• Availability of practical experience in collecting, analyzing and formalizing customer or business user requirements, as well as writing, coordinating and managing the life cycle of technical documentation
• Understanding REST- architecture, DBMS basics
• Knowledge of standards for building IT services
• Knowledge of telecommunication networks (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA, etc) and TCP/IP, Ethernet, IP infrastructure
• Experience of working with systems such as Billing, DWH, etc.

Main functional duties:

• Study and analysis of the architecture and interaction of existing IT and TD telecom systems
• Analysis of customer needs, possible limitations and proposal of the target solution architecture
• Coordinating solution options with interested parties< /li>
• Performing an expert assessment of project documentation developed by the customer (briefs, concepts, etc.)
• Coordinating business requirements with the customer and other interested parties
• Designing technical solutions and managing life cycle of requirements for the solution
• Modeling of business processes within the project, development of the solution model
• Compilation and coordination of plans, integration and client testing protocols, responsibility for the organization of testing
• li>Preparation of technical documentation and instructions for maintenance and operation of implemented platforms
• Preparation of orders, meetings, tasks for the performance of work on technological and IT platforms, in accordance with company procedures
