Business Analyst in VoIPTime

VoIPTime is a product IT company that has been developing solutions for call centers and customer service, CRM systems since 2010. We are known as a reliable partner in the field of telecommunications and call centers, and for years we have been cooperating with small, medium and large businesses both in Ukraine and in Europe and the USA.

In connection with the expansion of the staff, we we are looking for an experienced business analyst who can develop the company's existing products and launch new ones together with the development team.

Responsibilities:

• Identification and analysis of business requirements, cooperation with internal and external stakeholders;
• Managing the scope of work, forming a roadmap, setting and prioritizing tasks from development, clarification of requirements with the development team and QA;
• Working on prototypes with UI/UX designer;
• Understanding and practical use of artifacts of tasks Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD);
• Creating and maintaining project documentation (product and process documentation: business requirements, descriptions of system components and architecture, web API documents, specifications, user journey schemes);
• Analysis of competitors and the market, search for ways to improve the product;
• Support and updating of technical documentation;
• Analysis of the product, development of a strategy for its further development together with the product owner.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst;
• Understanding basics of design and software development methodology;
• Knowledge and practical experience of identifying and forming functional and non-functional requirements, writing use cases, user stories;
• Project management skills, knowledge of Agile, Scrum;
• Experience in maintaining project documentation, formulating development requirements, maintaining a roadmap;
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN;

• Ability to simply explain complex concepts;
