Business Analyst in SalesNash

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to help consolidate multiple Customer Data Platform (CDP) systems into one unified system. This role involves critical analysis, problem-solving, and detailed requirements definition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing CDP systems and identify integration points.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Gather and define business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor project progress and report updates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create training materials and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with CDP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in developing user stories and requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Minimum English Level: C1 Advanced.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific CDP platforms.
• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Understanding of data privacy regulations.
