Business Analyst in Greenwich IT Solutions

Looking for a Business Analyst due to the expanding team in the American production IT company, which provides a full-stack package of complex AdTech solutions for digital advertisers, publishers and ad agencies worldwide.

The team of department - 2 BA + PM + Head of Product 

Locations - Portugal, Bulgaria, Spain, USA, Ukraine (Kyiv) 

Full time remote

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst of 2 years (will be a plus from Adtech) 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in creating and maintaining tech/feature/product documentation
• Understanding of gathering the requirements to design detailed feature descriptions for tech team implementation
• Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics and ad tech
• Willingness to work on product development and improvements
• English: Upper-Intermediate and above, both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of Atlassian instruments (Jira, Confluence) is a must

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of the AdTech/Programmatic/OpenRTB, including advertising platforms, supply platforms, and ad exchanges.
• Knowledge and work with diagrams and graphic design 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and prioritize new features and enhancement requirements. Translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements. Create and describe features from scratch and work with existing feature improvements/change requests.
• Conduct in-depth product research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies within the ad tech domain. Share the vision.
• Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategic plans based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Participate in customized features upsell to customers based on their product needs.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and technical documentation.
