Responsibilities:

- Implementation, administration and configuration of the CRM system.

- Automation of business processes.

- Setting up analytics and metrics.

- Writing technical specifications, testing and implementation.

- Organization of integration with various programs.

- Control over compliance with deadlines and budget project.

- Task management within the project.

Requirements:

- Experience as a business analyst.

- Basics of technical marketing, ability to build funnels.

- Mandatory experience in launching IT projects, preferably in an agency environment.

- Experience with CRM systems, in particular Creatia (formerly Terrasoft).

- Willingness to participate in the first stage of the project launch, develop the project logic and ensure the transfer of information to the Confluence system.
