We are looking for a talented business analyst to join our team at Neolink Ukraine.Responsibilities:Working under the supervision of a senior analyst on Project Documentation: Specifications, Prototypes, Backlogs;Change management in requirements;Under the guidance of a senior Analyst - collecting requirements, conducting meetings with the team and business representatives to gather and align requirements;Preparing instructions for Users.Requirements:Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and the role of an analyst at each stage of the cycle;Understanding of the specifics of developing systems for automating business processes;Understanding of business process modeling specifics;Ability to compose textual documents of requirements (BRD, SRS, UseCase, User Story);Experience with backlog management tools - Azure DevOps, Jira;Experience with graphic documents of requirements (UML, BPMN);Experience with Prototypes: creating sketches (Moqups, Figma).We offer:Opportunities for professional growth and development;Participation in interesting projects in a friendly team of professionals;Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine;Flexible working schedule.About Us:Neolink Ukraine is a leading provider of ERP solutions specializing in tender procurement management.
