Business Analyst in NewGMedia

We're looking for a Business Analyst, to a product company.Only for candidates from Ukraine or Ukrainians abroad.Do not disturb out RU BY.✔️ About the company/project:Online casino (gambling product) and we're working on a Scrum. Your project: Platform (SRM module)As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:- Discover, define, and create understandable documentation for all stakeholders in the space of business goals and business needs, defining the true problem;- Creation of UML & BPMN diagrams to sync all parties;- Specify documents of requirements and support them using alternative views (user stories, defining acceptance criteria, diagrams, prototypes, scenarios);- Create prototypes and wireframes.✔️ Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in business or system analysis;- Experience with BPMN, UML, Flow diagrams;- Understanding different requirement types (Business, Functional/Nonfunctional etc.);- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;- Able to manage multiple work streams and know how to prioritize work;- Experience in the creation of business and technical documentation;- Excellent communication skills;- Experience in prototyping;- Upper-intermediate+ level in English.As a plus: Expertise in one of the domains: eCommerce, CRM, Gambling.✔️ Responsibilities:- Discover, define and create understandable documentation for all stakeholders in the space of business goals and business needs, defining the true problem;- Creation of UML & BPMN diagrams to sync all parties;- Specify documents of requirements and support them using alternative views (user stories, defining acceptance criteria, diagrams, prototypes, scenarios);- Create prototypes and wireframes;- Participate in backlog grooming, defining upcoming release scope;- Support development team in clarifications of requirements and manage change requests;- Close collaboration with DEV/QA teams (planning, task management, bug tracking, change management);- Detect cross-team dependencies, work with other Product Owners and Technical teams.✔️ We offer:- Competitive salary with additional benefits is currently on offer;- Challenging work, with award-winning products, in a dynamic, international team;- Professional and personal development;- Opportunities to progress within the company;- The ability to influence all stages of the product funnel;- Ability to work Remotely or in one of the 7 offices all over Europe (From Latvia to S.
