Business analyst is focused on the optimization of the client's business processes in the effie service. To do this, he conducts active communication with clients, studies their needs and collects feedback from them. Based on this information, he develops methods and approaches to improve their work. Collaborates with developers and implements new processes and service innovations. His work also includes training clients, creating documentation and systematic analysis of results for continuous improvement. Professional and personal competencies: Main: - Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of methods and tools of business analysis; - Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and complete them from start to finish; - Excellent written and oral communication skills; - Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and succinctly; Important: - Knowledge of methods of graphic description and depiction of business processes; Desirable: - Ability to build reports and dashboards (MS Power BI) - Knowledge of English at the level of conducting business negotiations. Main tasks: 1. Analysis of customer needs and transformation into user stories: - Conduct an analysis of customer needs; - Collection of information from feedback on the work of the existing functionality; - Ability to transform needs into user stories for development; 2. Optimization of service business processes: - Work on optimization of existing business processes; - Development of new processes together with the Solution Owner; 3. Documentation and presentations: - Preparation of documentation for clients in Confluence; - Preparation and holding of meetings to demonstrate new functionality and business processes; - Conducting training and consulting on the use of analytical reports; 4. Interaction and support of clients' tasks: - Support of tasks at the stages of development and testing; - Close communication with the client; - Participation in launching new processes at clients; 5. Strategic planning and consulting: - Participation in drafting and implementation of client's development strategies; - Consulting key users on analytics, problem solving.
