The community members trade their active data which can then be exchanged for a huge range of rewards, from the latest sports gear to exclusive event access to funding for health and wellness R&D for the benefit of the wider world.Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in the software development industry (outsourcing, product companies) in the position of Business Analyst or Product Owner;- Strong track record of successfully delivering products;- Experience in discovery and development phases;- Proven requirements elicitation and formalization skills (workshops, interviews, user stories, acceptance criterion);- Experience with T&M projects;- High flexibility and quick learning to find a suitable business analysis approach for a certain project, phase, stakeholder & circumstance;- Good time management skills to feel confident with multi-task activities;- Good communication skills (to work with customers and the development team);- Experience in using requirements management tools (at least Jira & Confluence);- English — Upper-Intermediate.Responsibilities:- Identify all stakeholders;- Work closely with stakeholders to define and analyze needs and solutions;- Determine stakeholder influence and relationship needs;- Obtain needed information from stakeholders to form requirements;- Prepare requirements documentation;- Define capabilities and requirements to support transition to new solutions;- Manage requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with developers, designers, QA and external customers;- Describing business requirements to a development team and support development team in clarifications of requirements and change request management;- Participate in backlog grooming, defining upcoming release scopes.What do we expect from you?- A deep dive into your business idea of product;- Proactive approach and forward-thinking, anticipating potential challenges and preparing solutions in advance;- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand, gather, and define business requirements;- Together with the Project Manager determine feature scopes and priorities for product releases, guided by user and business requirements;- Act as a bridge between technical team and stakeholders, ensuring that requirements and changes are communicated effectively.What we offer:- Long team focus: we create an environment of transparent communication, and minimal bureaucracy, which leads to long-term relationships.- Development of niche expertise: we are working in several niches, such as FinTech, healthcare, and renewable energy.
