We are currently looking for a specialist for one of our projects for the position of Business Analyst. What is important to us: - You have more than 3 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst in IT projects;- Experience in the FinTech/Banking/Processing industry;- Experience with crypto and understanding the differences between different blockchains- Expertise in gathering and managing the requirements lifecycle;- In-depth understanding of Agile of the SDLC/PDLC digital product development management process; - Experience in writing structured project documentation and TOR; - Excellent skills in preparing decomposed backlog elements according to INVEST criteria; - Experience in conducting comparative SWOT analysis; - Modeling skills using UML/BPMN; - Experience in conducting of qualitative and quantitative research; - High communication and interviewing skills; - Visualization and presentation skills to stakeholders; - Knowledge of current prioritization frameworks (RICE); - Experience with Jira/Confluence; - English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above. It will be a plus: - Experience in product companies that develop complex solutions (Advertising, Fintech, Banking); - Understanding what AML is; - Understanding client-server architecture; - Understanding UX patterns and differences in designing solutions for different web/mobile platforms ;- Skills of low-detailed UI prototyping. What you will do:- Identifying and analyzing the requirements of internal and external stakeholders;- Supporting the solution development process;- Analysis of documentation and information resources in order to collect information for analytical activities;- Management of the life cycle of requirements; - Participation in the formation of proposals for conceptual solutions to achieve business goals in close cooperation with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, QA Lead; - Analysis of the compliance of project solutions with business requirements; - Gathering of information to justify the economic feasibility of development and implementation of changes; - Development of requirements specifications ;- Preparation of demo materials (loom-video, text article) of new functionality for internal teams.
