Business Analyst in Corefy

Corefy is a product, PayTech IT company founded in 2016. Our made in Ukraine SaaS platform is a technological hub for orchestrating online payments. We cooperate with well-known payment providers and partners, including Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, AWS and others. We have customers all over the world and have implemented more than 400 different payment methods. Looking for a proactive Business Analyst who will create magic with us in the dynamic world of FinTech. Experience and technologies that are important to us: — You have more than 2 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst in IT projects; — Experience in PayTech/Banking/Processing industry;— Expertise in gathering and managing requirements lifecycle;— In-depth understanding of Agile SDLC/PDLC digital product development management process;— Experience in writing structured project documentation and TOR;— Excellent skills in preparing decomposed elements backlog according to INVEST criteria;— Experience in conducting comparative SWOT analysis;— Modeling skills using UML/BPMN;— Experience in qualitative and quantitative research;— Excellent communication and interviewing skills;— Skills in visualization and making presentations to stakeholders;— Knowledge of current frameworks prioritization (RICE);— Experience in Jira/Confluence;— English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above. It will be a plus:— Experience in product companies that develop complex solutions (Advertising, Fintech, Logistics, Banking);— Understanding of client-server architecture;— Understanding of UX patterns and differences in designing solutions for different web/mobile platforms;— Low-detailed UI prototyping skills. What you will do:— Identifying and analyzing the requirements of internal and external stakeholders;— Supporting the solution development process; — Analysis of documentation and information resources in order to gather information for analytical activities; — Management of the life cycle of requirements; — Participation in the formation of proposals for conceptual solutions to achieve business goals in close cooperation with the Product Manager and Software Architect; — Analysis of compliance of project solutions with business requirements;— Collection of information to substantiate the economic feasibility of development and implementation of changes;— Development of requirements specifications;— Advising the development team on the content of requirements and acceptance criteria within the framework of the Agile process;— Preparation of demo materials (loom video, text article) of new functionality for internal teams.
