Our decentralized finance project is in the business requirements gathering phase. We are looking for a DeFi Business Analyst to join our startup team.The role will be starting from scratch. We’re looking for someone who sees that as the best part of the job!RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyze and formalize the requirements for developing new products.- Create a valuable product and technical solution by analyzing and establishing needs, objectives and technical challenges.- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements and manage requirements throughout the project.- Work closely with the Project Manager and technical teams to integrate the requirements into the workflow and ensure they are clear, achievable and prioritized.- Maintain product documentation (features and products description for marketing and business departments).- Analyze competitors, and generate ideas and features to increase the key product metrics.QUALIFICATIONS- Passionate and irresistibly curious - Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; - A unique determination and drive that results in superior effort and insight- Strong analytical, learning and leadership skills- Attentive to details, ability to be clear about the tasks and understanding the dependency on the already implemented features;- Able to create a simple and logical scheme for any refinement ;- Personable and comfortable engaging a wide variety of stakeholders- To be in the market - to follow the news and latest updates in crypto-world.REQUIREMENTS- 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst - Previous experience with Blockchain/crypto and DeFi or FinTech and a strong interest to develop in this area- Understanding of subject areas: mobile financial applications, mobile banks, mobile wallets- Practical experience in identifying and documenting business, user and technical requirements- Experience working with distributed teams- English – Upper-Intermediate Benefits- Competitive salary- Fully remote working- Paid Time Off
