Business analyst in Flawless Group

We are looking for a responsible business analyst with 2 years of experience in an IT company to join our team and help create high-quality technical documentation for our development team. The ideal candidate will be able to write clear and concise technical documentation, create well-designed interfaces with a focus on ui/ux, and work collaboratively with developers to ensure documentation is accurate and complete.What you will do:• Write and update technical documentation for projects.• Design and creating interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly.• Interacting with the team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tasks as described in the terms of reference.• Reviewing the user interfaces of already launched projects for possible improvements to user journeys or UI/UX solutions.• Analysis and improving the processes of the department to improve the quality of the projects being developed.• Participation in calls with the company's customers at the stage of project initiation, management and post-launch support. What you need for this:• Experience as a business analyst from 2 years in IT. • Experience in writing technical documentation and creating user interfaces.• Skills in working with collaboration programs (Slack, MS Teams, ZOOM, Google Drive, Confluence).• Skills in working with office tools (Google Doc, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Visio) .• Experience of working with cryptocurrency projects.
