Business Analyst in "INFOTEH"

The position involves a hybrid work format (Kyiv), office+remote. We are a state product IT company "INFOTECH", which has been an official supplier of software products for state institutions and commercial enterprises for more than 5 years and is under the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. We are growing and therefore we are looking for a business analyst who will strengthen the team and who is able to independently organize his work space. Candidate requirements: - participation in commercial web and mobile projects from 2 years in the role of a business/system analyst; - experience working with Agile methodologies, Kanban; - understanding of SDLC; - understanding and practical use of requirements collection, analysis and management approaches at all stages of software development; - confident mastery of basic process modeling notations (BPMN 2.0, UML); - practical experience in writing PRD, FRD, SRS, User guides, Reference manuals; - ability to decompose tasks for developers and determine priorities; - experience working with Jira, Confluence; - ability to use prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure); - willingness to work with the regulatory and legal framework. - basic skills for working with relational DBMS (execution of SQL queries); It will be an advantage: - experience in working with SOAP/REST web services and JSON, XML formats; - basic understanding of Postman, Soap Ui web services debugging testing tools; Personal qualities: - analytical thinking, result orientation; - be able to make decisions and be responsible for them; - confident presentation and communication skills with stakeholders, be a facilitator; - stress resistance and the ability to manage client expectations. Your duties will include: - identifying and collecting requirements from customers; - conducting analysis and formalization of the requirements of the future product or in terms of existing functionalities; - prepare technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements), user instructions; - interact with teams of developers, designers, project managers at the stages of development and testing; - conduct training of system users; - agree business processes, technical tasks with members of working groups and customers; - manage and maintain the product backlog in an up-to-date state.
