Writing documentation on the developed assets of the reporting direction Monitoring the development process of TK at all stages of the task life cycle: from receiving business requirements to final acceptance testing by the business customer Maintaining a backlog of tasks: monitoring statuses, managing priorities, assigning tasks, constant communication with business customers and the development team Post-release support of information assets in the direction of reporting. Consulting asset users and analyzing problem cases. Performing analytical tasks with the help of SQL, creating reports in Grafana, Tableau, Google Looker Studio. About you. 2 years of work experience in the NP (knowledge of operational processes (logistics, working with clients), work experience in ISAwis, CRM) Basic knowledge writing technical and business requirements of the product. Skills in working with SQL (PostgreSQL and T-SQL). Good knowledge of information technologies, MSOffice (Excel, Power Point, Word) Ability to professionally describe technical and business requirements for information assets in the direction of reporting Experience in creating analytical presentations, visualizations, dashboards (it will be an advantage to create dashboards using Grafana, Tableau or Google Looker Studio) English level B1 Knowledge and interest in Python, Big Data/Data Analytics (Tableau/Power BI, Google Cloud) will be an advantage.
