We are happy to announce an opening Middle Business Analyst vacancy. We are looking for a good specialist who constantly develops their skills, monitors the quality of their work, and has strong attention to detail.

In this role, you’ll be involved in all stages of Business Process from a pre-sale phase.

Your responsibilities:

• Work directly with the customers on projects to identify their business needs and define a clear solution vision
• Handle communication with stakeholders to clarify product priorities and requirements
• Work closely with the project team to clearly explain and groom requirements
• Prepare project documentation using different techniques and formats
• Manage and support requirements during all stages of the project
• Assist in performing presales activities and preparing presales artifacts: proposals, estimates etc.
• Involve to the improvement of the internal company’s processes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
• English — Upper-Intermediate (the clients are English-speaking only)
• Pre-sales and Discovery phase experience
• Experience in Healthtech and HIPAA
• Experience in creating project documentation and other materials (Diagrams, Use Cases, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)
• Strong experience in using different BA techniques and tools for eliciting and documenting requirements (BPMN 2.0, UML, etc.)
• Strong written skills showing the ability to convey functional details accurately in a well-structured and precise manner that describe end user problems and solutions
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting functionality (pivot tables, graphs, v-lookup, etc.)
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Confidence in using wiki- and issue tracking systems (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
