We are looking for a "Business analyst" to join our team. Tasks for you: ▪️Perform the role of a key team member in projects, including planning, progress tracking and change management; ▪️Analysis of existing processes and systems in order to identify opportunities for optimization;▪️Development of technical specifications and business - requirements for new systems or processes; ▪️Ensuring communication between technical teams and stakeholders, documenting detailed business requirements;▪️Developing and presenting reports, analytics and recommendations to management;▪️Conducting training and workshops for users and stakeholders for learning purposes work in new/changed systems; ▪️Tracking the latest trends in technologies and analytics, recommendations for their implementation to increase business efficiency, promote innovation and digital transformation in the organization; continuous improvement. What is important to us: ▪️Higher education in the field of business, finance, computer science, information technology or in related fields; results in business analysis; ▪️Understanding Retail business processes, business process modeling skills in BPMN 2.0 notation and development of technical requirements; ▪️Knowledge of business process modeling tools (for example, Visio, Bizagi, Signavio Process Manager); ▪️Knowledge of tools for data visualization (for example, Tableau, Power BI); ▪️Experience in working with ERP systems ▪️Participation in projects to improve the company's accounting systems of the 1C family (1C7, 1C8, BAS) (for example, BAS/1C, SAP, Oracle);▪️It will be an advantage experience of direct participation in CRM, WMS, HRM, E-commerce and other projects as a BA/PM; ▪️Understanding the principles of Agile and Scrum methodologies; ▪️Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;▪️Flexibility, adaptability and multitasking - a must :) Let's take care of: ▪️Your income.
