Responsibilities: Collection and analysis of business needs and requirements of the company. Automation of business processes using existing or new technical solutions. Formation of BRD projects, development of functional/non-functional requirements, definition of User-stories and their validation, description of integrations. technical tasks to developers, control of their implementation, testing. Maintenance of technical documentation and creation of training materials for employees. Requirements: Hard skills: 1+ year of experience in this position. Intermediate English level. Knowledge and experience in using the basics of business analytical artifacts (BRD, description processes using BPMN 2.0, User Stories, User Story Map, UseCases, UML, ERD, etc.). Understanding of SDLC components. Experience in conducting a full development cycle — gathering requirements, designing, writing specifications, testing, handing over works to the customer. Experience in working with relational and non-relational databases. It will be an advantage: experience working with ERP/CRM systems (including 1C 8.3) and mastering BI tools. Soft skills: You have an analytical mindset and a great desire to learn new things. You are proactive and energetic.
