We are looking for a Business Analyst with technical writing skills to create high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our product development and our companies You will join a team of professionals working on a new proprietary product.

Product: A system for a ticket operator on the European market using modern technologies (Laravel, Vue.js, etc.). E-commerce domain.

Responsibilities

• Creation of project documentation (technical task, documentation for customers (Business vision, etc.), documentation for developers (Diagrams, User Stories, etc.) );
• Conduct structuring/analysis/documentation of business requirements, existing and new functionality;
• Fill and maintain the knowledge base on the project;
• Description and analysis of business processes with the aim of transferring them to information systems;
• Writing understandable texts for the user interface, preparing prototypes of interface forms and describing the logic of the System for developers and testers;
• Interaction with the development team to determine product functionality needs and make decisions about developing new features and writing technical documentation;
• Analysis of user data and feedback to understand how users interact with the product and how it can be improved;
• Identification of weak points in processes for further optimization;
• Support and development of the company's software products.

Requirements and skills:

• Experience in IT development of 2+ years in the field of System business analysis and technical documentation writing;
• Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of AGILE/SCRUM/Kanban;
• Understanding the construction of business processes in the system;
• Management of technical project documentation in Confluence;
• Ability to structure, arrange the received information and present it in a document;
• Experience with one of the following tools: Miro, Draw.io, Confluence, Jira, other;
• Ability to develop high-quality documentation with attention to detail;
• Understanding of system architecture and interaction of various information systems;
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and make them easily understood in text and figures/diagrams;
• Experience in creating technical documentation (from the stage of Technical Assignment to Operational Documentation);
• Good communication skills, high level of responsibility and self-organization, good analytical skills, attention to details.
