Hello! We are YouControl, a company that works with OpenData for financial monitoring and compliance products, creates software based on open data. The analytical system of the same name forms a complete dossier on each company and FOP of Ukraine based on open data from more than 180 sources. Allows you to get up-to-date information about individuals from official sources. Contains data for checking foreign companies. We invite you to join us in the Business Analyst team. , Story, Task);- Experience in working with business, functional and non-functional requirements (Elicitation, Analysis, Specification, Validation + Requirements Management);- Experience in moderating requirements discussions with developers, designers, stakeholders (including grooming/refinement );- Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in UX, UI;- Experience in building BPMN;- Know the life cycle of SDLC development;- Communication skills are sufficient to explain technical and user issues in an understandable language; be able to give feedback and feedforward; - Have experience with JIRA, Confluence; - Motivated to learn and adapt to changes. Responsibilities: - Preparation of product requirements during all stages of development: idea/feedback, concept, design, development, deployment, documentation ( incl. Daily work in a cross-functional team: front and back developers, designer, product manager; - Description of tasks for grant documentation (the product can help if there is no experience). It will be an advantage, but not necessary: ​​- Experience in Agile development ( Scrum, Kanban);- Have experience in Technical writing, creation of grant documentation, research of domain issues;- Experience in working with API; experience working with databases (minimal SQL); understanding of system analysis;- Know what BABOK, Design System, UX research, UX interview, Design thinking are;- Have ready product/s in the portfolio (you can provide references to the recruiter during the interview);- Experience in working in product companies (on Ukraine and/or abroad).
