We are looking for a business analyst in the management team of analysis, automation and documentation of business processes of the information technology center.

What will need to be done:

• Collection, analysis, assessment and formalization of business requirements for the functionality of the mobile application for individuals
< li> Writing technical tasks (TOR) for internal and external developers
• Communication with developers in the Jira, GLPI (internal Service-Desc) systems
• Support of the software development, testing and implementation process
• Control of the terms of execution of technical tasks.
