We are the Memcrab company from Vinnytsia with 14 years of experience in the development of web and mobile solutions for the most non-standard and long-term projects. Our clients are from the USA, Europe and Asia. We are currently looking for a talented business analyst who wants to join our team and actively participate in the creation of truly unique and exciting projects. Requirements: —2 years of work experience as a Business Analyst; —expertise in the collection and management of the life cycle of requirements; —confident work in cloud services, Jira, Google services (tables, slides, documents); — the ability to divide the complexity of creating user stories between business requirements, design, Backend and Frontend; —skills of visualization and making presentations to stakeholders; —English level— from Upper-Intermediate; —understanding of different work methodologies. What needs to be done: — organize the requirements of the future product (communicate with interested parties — developers, customers, end users); — formulation of descriptions of top-level tasks and their breakdown into user stories according to the customer's business requirements; —processing of appointment requests, analysis and description of the impact of the requirements; — analyze problem areas and generate proposals for improvement; — providing the customer with a report on completed tasks and the progress of the project as a whole. — presentation to the customer of prototypes, demo versions of tagot solutions. Working conditions: The mechanics of the role and the motivation of the team are built in such a way that you engage in high-level tasks. You plan ideas, describe them in detail, approve them from the technical side and present them to the team. Further, your role will focus on support and control over execution without micro-management and daily checking of the statuses of which we will entrust. Project management processes are automated as much as possible: 80% of your work will be spent on requirements, 20% on work with the team. After completion, the team presents each task, ava, from its side, presents them to the customer and coordinates the release cycle.
