Business analyst in Dodon I.I., FOP

Vacancy: Business analyst My client, a financial institution of Ukraine, is looking for a Business analyst to join its team. Responsibilities: Identifying and analyzing business requirements in the financial domain. Communicating with stakeholders to agree and prioritize requirements. Documenting business requirements in a structured manner using Use Cases, User Stories, Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and data flow diagrams , with the establishment of acceptance criteria. Transformation of business requirements into technical requirements using software documentation (Software Requirements Specification), Azure DevOps, Jira tools. Presentation of requirements to the development team and holding demo sessions for interested parties. Candidate requirements: Strong communication skills skills. Ability to analyze and identify business requirements. Experience with requirements documentation and reconciliation processes. Ability to work with process documentation and visualization tools such as ERD, Use Cases, User Stories. Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira .Will be a plus: Proficiency in BPMN and UML modeling languages.Experience in creating API specifications.Experience in working with Scrum and/or Kanban.Ability to work with Figma to create prototypes.Knowledge of SQL language.We offer: formal employment and stable salary; voluntary medical insurance; office not far from St. Lukyanivska city; working schedule from Mon-Thurs from 9.00-18.00, on Friday from 9.00-17.00.
